Privacy
Short version: nothing is tracked until you say yes, your saved-jobs list stays on your device, and there are no ads today.
What we don't collect
No accounts, no forms and no resumes. You never apply here - Apply buttons open the employer's own website, and their privacy policy applies there.
What stays on your device
- Saved jobs are kept in your browser's local storage (key
gfj:saved) on your device. The list itself is never uploaded anywhere. If you accept analytics, tapping Save also tells Google Analytics which job you saved (the job's slug, not your identity). Clearing your browser storage removes the list. - Your analytics choice is stored in local storage (key
gfj:consent) so we don't ask on every visit. It doesn't expire; change it any time via "Cookie choices" in the footer.
Analytics - only if you accept
On your first visit you get a banner with two equal choices: Reject or Accept analytics. Until you accept, no analytics code loads and no analytics request leaves your device. If you reject, nothing analytics-related runs at all.
If you accept, we use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-ERS91KF85E) loaded through Google Tag Manager (container GTM-PQ3NX8RT). It collects:
- Pages you view and how long you engage with them.
- Device, browser, OS, screen size, language and approximate location (country/city level).
- How far you scroll on a page.
- Which job pages you view and which jobs you save (the job's slug, not your identity).
- Clicks on "Apply" and other outbound links (the destination URL).
- That you ran a search on the site - counted only. The words you search for are not collected.
This data goes to Google (google-analytics.com) and is processed under Google's privacy policy. Google Analytics sets cookies named _ga and _ga_ERS91KF85E that can last up to 2 years; our Analytics data retention setting is 14 months. Advertising storage and ad personalization stay switched off.
To withdraw later, use "Cookie choices" in the footer and choose Reject: the Google Analytics cookies are deleted, tracking stops, and the page reloads.
Ads
No ads run today. If we add advertising later (planned: Google AdSense), it sets its own cookies - we'll update this page and the consent choices before switching it on.
