• Role Purpose Lead the strategy, growth and profitability of the laboratory glassware portfolio
• Translate customer needs and market opportunities into product plans, support sales and channel teams, and coordinate with manufacturing, quality, supply chain and marketing to strengthen product availability, competitiveness and customer adoption
• Portfolio Scope Volumetric glassware, laboratory bottles and caps, general laboratory glassware, microbiology glassware, quartz and sintered ware, and associated accessories within the assigned portfolio
• Product Strategy and Business Performance
• Develop annual category plans covering revenue, volume, gross margin, product mix and priority customer segments
• Analyse product and SKU performance by customer segment, geography and channel to identify growth opportunities and corrective actions
• Build product roadmaps and business cases for new products, range extensions and portfolio rationalisation
• Work with sales leadership to develop forecasts, review business performance and implement agreed growth plans
