What the work involves

• is a physician-founded, venture-backed healthcare AI company headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona, with a global delivery team in India.
• Our platform, XpertCoding, autonomously codes outpatient medical claims directly from clinical documentation using neural networks, machine learning, and natural language processing.
• You review the codes XpertCoding assigns from US outpatient clinical notes, decide where they are right and where they are wrong, and feed what you learn back into the engine so it improves.
• You work closely with the Medical Director, the engineering team, and the CEO.
• This is a non-clinical role.
• You will not see patients, prescribe, or provide any form of clinical care.
• If you want to continue practicing medicine, this role is not for you.
• In this role you will: Validate the clinical accuracy of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes generat.
