What the work involves

• Hiring enthusiastic and motivated freshers for AR Follow-Up, Calling and Backend Process roles at our Noida & Gurugram location.
• Make outbound calls to clients or relevant stakeholders for account receivable (AR) follow-ups.
• Follow up on pending payments, outstanding balances and overdue accounts.
• Communicate professionally to understand payment status and resolve basic payment-related queries.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups and payment updates in the system.
• Perform backend activities, including data entry, documentation and updating customer/account information.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Meet daily productivity, quality and process targets.
• Follow company policies, process guidelines and data confidentiality.

• Candidates must be comfortable working from the Noida or Gurugram office during fixed night shifts.
