• You will join our Software Excellence department, working at the intersection of operational analytics, incident management, and product quality
• You will take ownership of analytical deliverables, contribute to data model development, and play an active role in shaping how operational intelligence is built and consumed
• Build and maintain analytical data models
• Design and maintain dimensional models and semantic layers in Power BI or equivalent
• including star schema structures, calculated measures, hierarchies, and row-level security
• following established architectural standards
• Apply appropriate modelling patterns such as SCD and medallion layer conventions, and actively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks including query folding, cardinality issues, and incremental refresh configuration
• Contribute to the definition and documentation of metrics and KPIs
