• End-to-End Deal Execution: Lead and oversee transaction execution from initial pitch through structuring, negotiation, and closure
• Technical Quality Control & Review: Maintain rigorous oversight over financial models, valuation frameworks, investment memos and client presentation materials
• Team Leadership & Mentorship: Build, guide and manage a team of associates and analysts, fostering a high-performance culture driven by precision and accountability
• Ecosystem Networking: Cultivate and expand a robust network across PE/VC funds, financial institutions, UHNWIs, family offices and corporate leadership
• Stakeholder Management & Travel: Represent the firm in key client interactions and travel shall be required to negotiate and close active mandates

• We are seeking an experienced, high-impact individual to drive our Deal Advisory and Investment Banking business
• Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience within the Investment Banking / M&A Advisory domain
• Proven Track Record: Demonstrated history of originating and successfully closing mandates
• Education: CA, MBA from a top-tier institution or CFA (Level III passed)
• Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency in quantitative analysis, financial modeling, valuation methodologies and pitchbook development
• Leadership: Proven ability to manage, retain and develop junior and mid-level deal teams
