• Edit short-form and long-form video content for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Create engaging Reels, Shorts, ads, promotional videos, UGC videos, corporate videos and brand films.
• Edit talking-head videos, interviews, podcasts, product videos and lifestyle content.
• Handle complete post-production including cutting, transitions, pacing, sound design, colour correction and basic motion graphics.
• Create multiple versions of videos for different platforms, formats and ad requirements.
• Ensure videos follow brand guidelines and maintain consistent visual quality.
• Understand creative briefs and convert ideas into engaging visual stories.
• Suggest improvements to hooks, pacing, transitions, visuals and overall storytelling.
• Stay updated with Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and social media video trends.
• Identify trending editing styles, formats, sounds and storytelling techniques.

What they are looking for

• 3–5+ years of professional video editing experience.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Good knowledge of After Effects.
• Knowledge of Photoshop and/or Illustrator is an advantage.
• Ability to edit videos for both organic content and paid advertising.
• Ability to work with different video styles and brand identities.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Ability to follow briefs
