What the work involves

• Own the end-to-end AI product strategy and roadmap for GenAI-driven features, from problem discovery through launch and iteration
• Design and scope Conversational AI, Agentic AI, RAG-based retrieval, and recommendation systems to improve engagement, efficiency, or revenue
• Write PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria, partnering closely with engineering to reduce ambiguity
• Define and track North Star and supporting metrics (accuracy, CSAT, resolution time, retention, conversion), and run A/B tests to validate hypotheses
• Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Sales, and Ops to align the roadmap with business OKRs
• Manage stakeholder relationships across enterprise clients and internal business units, including escalation handling
• Build or oversee LLM evaluation frameworks, prompt versioning, and guardrail design

What they are looking for

• 5–7 years of Product Management experience, including at least 1–2 years working directly on GenAI/LLM-based features (chatbots, voice agents, recommendation engines, or automation tools)
• Proven track record of shipping products that moved a clear metric
• resolution time, CSAT, retention, revenue, or cost savings
• Strong technical fluency to discuss RAG, prompt engineering, APIs, and system design with engineering teams
• Experience writing PRDs and driving cross-functional delivery in an agile environment
• Bachelor's/Master's degree from a top-tier institute preferred
• Prior experience at a high-growth product company preferred
