• Position: IT Support Executive
• Provide onsite and remote technical support to end users for hardware, software, and IT infrastructure issues
• Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and peripherals
• Manage Windows OS installation, formatting, upgrades, patching, and system maintenance
• Support business applications, software installations, user account management, and application troubleshooting
• Provide Level-1 technical support for ERP, CRM, Office 365, email, VPN, and other enterprise applications
• Troubleshoot software performance issues, user access problems, and application-related incidents
• Perform structured cabling, CAT6 crimping, rack dressing, and basic network troubleshooting
• Configure and maintain LAN/WAN connectivity, Wi-Fi access points, and network devices
• Setup and troubleshoot AV systems, projectors, conference room solutions, LED displays, and sound systems
