• Create posters, pamphlets, brochures, social media posts and other creatives for events, campaigns, festivals and brand initiatives.
• Create employee engagement, appreciation and internal communication creatives, along with creatives for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, YouTube, WhatsApp and other platforms.
• Understand design briefs from different teams, independently take the creative from concept to final delivery, and coordinate revisions with stakeholders until approval.
• Handle video editing requirements for social media, campaigns and internal communications.
• Maintain and organise source files, final files, brand assets and reusable templates, ensuring all creatives align with Vegrow's brand identity and visual standards.
• Actively use AI and other creative tools for idea generation, visual references, creative exploration and faster execution — this is an important part of the role.
