What the work involves

• DevOps / Site Reliability Engineer
• Plan, deploy, operate, and optimize AWS cloud infrastructure, including VPC, IAM, EC2, RDS, S3, ELB, and other core services
• Handle the daily operations and troubleshooting of production service clusters
• Build and maintain observability capabilities, including monitoring, alerting, and logging
• participate in production releases, capacity planning, and cloud cost management
• Ensure the security of services and workloads running on the cloud platform
• Collaborate with engineering and security teams to continuously improve delivery efficiency and platform reliability
• Create and maintain operations documentation, standard operating procedures, and emergency response plans
• continuously advance operations automation and standardization

• 2-3 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or public cloud operations
• Proficiency in common Linux administration tasks, with foundational troubleshooting skills in processes, disks, permissions, logs, and system performance
• Hands-on experience with AWS core services such as EC2, IAM, VPC, load balancing, and CloudWatch, including production environment setup and incident resolution
• Basic proficiency in at least one language such as Shell or Python
• Strong sense of ownership, communication, and collaboration
• highly self-motivated and capable of proactively driving issues to resolution
