• Prepare monthly Profit & Loss statements, balance sheets, and MIS reports.

• Reconcile vehicle inventory, spare parts stock, vendor accounts, and customer balances.
• Monitor OEM accounts, dealer incentives, warranty claims, and vehicle finance transactions.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, bank reconciliation, and payment schedules.
• Coordinate statutory audits, internal audits, and year-end accounts finalisation.
• Supervise junior accounting staff and ensure timely financial reporting.
• Required skills: Tally Prime/ERP, MS Excel, GST, TDS, inventory accounting, financial reporting, taxation, and audit coordination.
