• Performance Marketing & Paid Ads Plan, launch, and manage campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Manage budgets, targeting, bidding, creatives, and retargeting campaigns
• Optimise campaigns to improve conversions, reduce acquisition costs, and maximise ROAS
• Conduct A/B testing and monitor key advertising metrics
• Google Ads Management Manage Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, and YouTube campaigns as required
• Handle Google Merchant Center, product feeds, keyword research, and campaign optimisation
• Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page and technical SEO
• Optimise product pages, collection pages, meta titles, descriptions, and website content
• Manage Google Search Console and track organic traffic, rankings, and conversions
• Coordinate SEO-friendly blog content and identify opportunities to improve search visibility
