What the work involves

• We're hiring a Business Development Executive/Managers to own the full journey from lead to live seller for Amazon and Reliance Retail
• Lead Conversion:
• Respond & qualify: Action every inbound lead (website, ads, referrals, webinars) within the same working day
• qualify against ICP (category, monthly revenue, marketplace readiness)
• Pitch & consult: Run discovery and pitch calls that diagnose the seller's current gaps (listings, ads, ops) and position TryEcomm's services as the fix not a generic sales script
• Outbound prospecting: Build and work a self-sourced pipeline (cold outreach, marketplace scraping, referral asks) to supplement inbound flow when volume dips
• Objection handling & closing: Own pricing conversations, proposal follow-ups, and contract closure within agreed SLA timelines
• CRM discipline: Log every lead, call outcome, and next step in the CRM same-day
