What the work involves

• Responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, employee lifecycle management, payroll coordination, contract labour compliance, employee relations, training, welfare activities, statutory compliance, and HR reporting for the assigned zone
• Manage employee onboarding, documentation, and confirmation processes
• Coordinate performance appraisals, probation reviews, and employee counselling
• Administer contract labour management, statutory compliance, audits, and contractor coordination
• Monitor attendance, discipline, leave management, absenteeism, and industrial relations
• Ensure accurate payroll inputs, timekeeping, settlements, and employee benefits administration
• Coordinate employee welfare initiatives, insurance, medical claims, and engagement activities
• Conduct site visits, compliance inspections, surprise audits, and submit observation reports
• Coordinate training programs, PMS/KRA processes, and knowledge-sharing sessions
• Support IMS, EHS, internal and external audits, and corrective action implementation
