• As Senior Product Manager, you will own the product roadmap for your category or platform
• Own the product vision, strategy and roadmap for your area
• Turn customer insights, data and business goals into clear priorities
• Write clear PRDs and user stories, and manage the backlog
• Lead product launches from idea to release, working closely with Engineering and Design
• Track key metrics such as conversion, retention and NPS, and act on what the data shows
• Run experiments and A/B tests to improve the customer journey across web, app and stores
• Work with Marketing, Supply Chain and Retail teams to keep product, pricing and experience aligned

What they are looking for

• Our portfolio spans mattresses, pillows, toppers and ergonomic seating, sold across online channels and a growing network of experience centres nationwide
• You will work with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Operations and Retail to build products and experiences that customers love and that grow the business
• Product management experience, ideally in D2C, e-commerce or consumer products
• Proven record of launching and scaling products
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with tools such as GA, Mixpanel or SQL
• Clear communication and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
• Sound understanding of the omnichannel customer journey
• Bachelor's degree required
