What the work involves

• We are hiring an HR Executive to support recruitment and day-to-day HR operations for our sub-brand, 7th Growth Marketing
• In this role, you will play a key part in attracting top talent, managing hiring activities, and ensuring smooth HR operations while contributing to the growth of the organization
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions across the organization
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other hiring platforms
• Post and manage job advertisements on multiple recruitment platforms
• Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and ensure a smooth recruitment process
• Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers regularly
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process and manage onboarding documentation
• Handle employee documentation and maintain HR records

• Prepare HR reports and maintain recruitment metrics
• Support employee engagement and other HR initiatives as required
• Preferred Candidate Profile
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 13 years of experience in recruitment and HR operations
• Hands-on experience with hiring platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Apna, or similar job portals
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
