• As part of the Finance vertical, this role will be responsible for delivering high-quality FP&A outcomes, strengthening financial processes, and improving the tools and capabilities used to manage investments

• The Finance COE partners closely with Global Finance and Business teams, Controllership, and other cross-functional stakeholders to deliver accurate OPEX accruals and forecasts, month-end close reporting, spend visibility, variance analysis, and actionable financial insights
• The team also plays an important role in simplifying and standardizing existing ways of working, transitioning activities into the COE, and building scalable tools and processes that improve efficiency, transparency, and decision-making
• Own and execute core FP&A activities, including close, accruals, forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and analysis
• Act as a key point of contact for Finance stakeholders, ensuring accurate, timely, and well-controlled deliverables
• Review and validate OPEX accruals, forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis, providing clear insights on financial performance
• Partner with Finance and business teams to understand investment plans, cost drivers, risks, opportunities, and changes in assumptions
