• We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Freelance IT Hardware Support Engineer to manage, troubleshoot, and repair our physical technology infrastructure on an as-needed basis
• In this role, you will act as our go-to technical facilitator, handling everything from routine desktop setups to critical hardware diagnostics, parts sourcing, and network infrastructure fixes
• Device Life-Cycle Management: Handle the deployment, configuration, upgrading, and decommissioning of hardware assets (desktops, laptops, servers, printers, and peripherals)
• Technical Services & Repairs: Perform advanced component-level diagnostics, hardware repairs, motherboard swaps, RAM/SSD upgrades, and parts replacements
• On-Site & Remote Workflow: Rapidly respond to incoming service requests, systematically diagnosing issues and executing repairs either remotely or via dispatched on-site visits
• Service Tracking: Maintain a clean ticket log, updating client records, parts fulfillment statuses, and resolution notes within our service portal
• Network & Infrastructure Support: Assist with physical network cable patching, router/switch installations, and rack-mounting hardware
