• Define and own the overall social media strategy aligned with brand, marketing, and business objectives.
• Build a consistent and differentiated brand voice across social platforms.
• Identify emerging platforms, formats, and trends to continuously evolve the social
• Lead end-to-end content planning including editorial calendars, campaign content, and always-on storytelling.
• Oversee creation and delivery of high-quality social content in partnership with Creative, Design, and Agency teams.
• Ensure content is optimized for platform-specific best practices and audience behavior.
• Drive social media campaigns to support product launches, brand initiatives, and key business moments.
• Grow and engage social communities across platforms through innovative formats and interactions.
• Manage real-time engagement, responses, and reputation management on social channels.
• Track and analyze performance across engagement, reach, growth, and conversion metrics.

• Strong experience in social media management, content strategy, or brand marketing
• Excellent storytelling, copywriting, and communication skills
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret social performance data
• Experience managing social media agencies or influencers
• Experience in consumer brands, retail, e-commerce, or digital-first businesses
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field
• MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred
