• • Presales & Consulting Mastery: Proven track record in solution consulting, drafting RFPs/RFIs, technical proposal creation, and T-shirt estimation.
• • Stakeholder & Client Leadership: Comfortable leading executive-level client discovery sessions, addressing technical objections, and managing escalations.
• • Hands-On Technical Foundation: Solid technical grounding in Apex, LWC, OmniStudio, and enterprise integration patterns.
• • Communication & Presence: Highly energetic, proactive, and polished verbal/written communication skills.
