• We are seeking a hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer with 3 to 4 years of solid software development experience to join our remote technical engineering team. This position focuses heavily on active custom development, solution design, integrations, and technical troubleshooting within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / Customer Service and the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.
• This is strictly a hands-on technical software engineering role. The candidate will be expected to code, customize, build integrations, and extend system capabilities using plugins, custom workflows, JavaScript, APIs, Azure services, and Microsoft Copilot/AI integrations.
• Mandatory Qualification Criteria
• Hands-On Experience: 3–4 years of core technical development experience in Dynamics 365 CE / Customer Service.
• Certified Expertise: At least ONE valid Microsoft Certification in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform (e.g., MB-210, MB-230, PL-200, PL-400, or equivalent) is strictly mandatory.
• Travel & Verification Document: A valid Passport is MANDATORY. Candidates must be able to provide passport documentation upon request.
• Dynamics 365 Core Development & Customization:
• Design, build, extend, and support custom Dynamics 365 CE / Customer Service solutions.
• Perform hands-on configuration and customization across Entities/Tables, Forms, Views, Business Rules, Workflows, Business Process Flows, and Security Roles.
