• We are looking for an experienced Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) Developer / Lead with strong hands-on expertise in designing, configuring, and implementing personalized, real-time, omnichannel customer journeys.
• The candidate will work with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) to build customer journeys, campaigns, audience segments, personalization, and messaging solutions. • For Lead-level candidates, the role will additionally involve technical guidance, solution ownership, code/configuration reviews, and mentoring junior team members.

• Configure and manage AJO campaigns, personalization, messaging, and journey orchestration.
• Work with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) for customer profiles, events, schemas, datasets, identities, and audiences.
• Create, configure, and manage audience segments and targeting rules.
• Implement personalized and real-time customer engagement use cases across supported channels.
• Configure integrations between AJO, AEP, and external/enterprise systems.
