• We are seeking a Data Analyst to analyze usage, quality, and performance data across our language services, turning raw data into insights that guide product and model improvement decisions
• Reporting & Dashboards: Build and maintain dashboards/reports on platform usage, model accuracy, and data quality trends
• Exploratory Analysis: Perform exploratory data analysis on large, multilingual datasets to surface patterns and issues
• Cross-functional Support: Partner with ML/engineering teams to identify data gaps, quality issues, and improvement opportunities
• Stakeholder Reporting: Translate data findings into clear insights and recommendations for product and leadership stakeholders
• Data Hygiene: Maintain documentation, validation checks, and quality standards for key datasets
