What the work involves

• Plan and execute campaigns across the brand website while also supporting Amazon and quick-commerce platforms.
• Identify growth opportunities across acquisition, conversion, average order value and repeat purchase.
• Develop channel strategies, promotional plans, offers and product bundles.
• Coordinate with creative, performance marketing, platform and internal teams.
• Monitor Meta, Google, Amazon and quick-commerce advertising performance.
• Plan and evaluate A/B tests across creatives, landing pages and offers.
• Manage Shopify updates, including products, collections, pricing, inventory and promotions.
• Monitor listings, availability, pricing, ratings and reviews across online channels.
• Analyse sales, traffic, advertising and conversion data to recommend improvements.
• Prepare performance reports and coordinate with inventory, warehouse and logistics teams.

What they are looking for

• The role offers exposure to campaign planning, growth strategy, performance marketing, channel management and experimentation. Candidates from e-commerce or quick-commerce backgrounds are equally suitable. Prior D2C experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Working knowledge of Meta, Google, Amazon and quick-commerce advertising.
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Approximately 1 to 2 years of experience in digital marketing, D2C, quick commerce or e-commerce operations.
• Hands-on experience managing or supporting a Shopify website is a plus.
• Experience using website, advertising or marketplace dashboards.
• Experience with an FMCG or consumer brand is preferred but not mandatory.
