What the work involves

• Video Editing: Edit engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, long-form videos and promotional content.
• Creative Storytelling: Use pacing, cuts, music, sound effects, captions and transitions to maximise engagement and retention.
• Motion Graphics: Create animations, visual effects, text overlays and engaging visual elements.
• Content Production: Work closely with Rayan and the content team to execute creative concepts and deliver videos on time.
• AI & Innovation: Leverage AI tools and new editing techniques to improve creativity, quality and production speed.
• Graphic Design (Bonus): Design thumbnails, social media graphics and other creative assets when required.
• Excellent sense of storytelling, pacing, aesthetics and audience retention.
• Familiarity with AI-powered video and creative tools (Omni, HiggsField,Claude,etc)

What they are looking for

• Atleast 2 years of  editing engaging short-form content, particularly Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
• Strong proficiency in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve or equivalent professional editing tools.
• Ability to independently execute edits, incorporate feedback and maintain consistent delivery timelines.
• Experience with long-form YouTube videos is preferred.
