• Plan and execute marketing strategies to promote SunOrbit's PropTech and technology solutions
• Identify target customers, including real estate developers, builders, construction companies, and enterprise clients
• Generate qualified B2B leads through digital campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, networking, and market research
• Research target companies, identify key decision-makers, and build a strong prospect database
• Manage LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant digital platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement
• Create marketing content, presentations, brochures, case studies, and campaign materials
• Coordinate with the business development team to convert marketing leads into business opportunities
• Plan and execute targeted campaigns, industry events, exhibitions, and networking activities
• Monitor campaign performance, lead quality, conversion rates, and marketing expenditure
• Track weekly and monthly marketing activities and share performance reports with management
