• Ensure every piece of content reflects Sprinklr's brand voice, editorial standards and messaging principles.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing creativity with attention to detail and deadlines.
• Use AI as a productivity partner to accelerate research, ideation and first drafts while applying strong editorial judgment to every final deliverable.
• Familiarity with AI tools and a thoughtful approach to using them in the content creation process.
• Lead a new category of enterprise software that we call Unified-CXM.
• Create a culture of customer obsession, with trust, teamwork, and accountability.
