  • As the client continues to expand its operations in India through its GCC, we are supporting their strategic hiring initiatives
  • CSPO, CSM, PMC I-IX)
  • Proven track record of delivering multi-phase projects (initiation to execution)

What they are looking for

  • The selected candidate will have the flexibility to work either remotely or from the client's office in Noida
  • Smart IMS has been a trusted implementation partner for this client for the past four years
  • This is a full-time, permanent position, and the selected candidate will be employed directly by the client
  • Bachelors degree in business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent industry-specific experience)
  • 5+ years of industry experience in the Banking or FinTech space
  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management or 4+ years of experience with Product Line specific products (implementation, support, and/or internal champion at a client)
  • Certification in Product Management and/or Agile practices preferred (e.g
  • Proficiency in Agile Delivery methodologies (Flow Framework, Kanban, Scrum, XP, and/or SAFe)
