What the work involves

• Profile Overview The Trade Marketing Executive/Sr Executive will support the planning and execution of trade marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility, strengthen market presence, and drive product offtake across all retail channels
• • Execute trade marketing activations, in-store visibility plans, POSM deployment, and promotional activities
• Manage vendors and agencies, including follow-ups, quality checks, and cost negotiations
• Conduct regular market visits for execution audits and competition analysis
• share actionable insights
• Coordinate with sales teams to ensure seamless implementation of trade campaigns
• Oversee POSM inventory, allocation, and utilization across markets
• Support product launches, trade schemes, and channel-specific campaigns
• Track activity performance, maintain reports, and recommend improvements
• Ensuring product optimal product availability at retailer level

• Understanding of FMCG trade channels (General Trade & Modern Trade)
