What the work involves

• Requirements & Documentation: Lead requirement discovery, analysis, and documentation across the product lifecycle, translate business needs into epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, business rules, and workflows.
• Backlog Ownership: Own and continuously refine the product backlog, ensuring stories are clear, prioritized, and development-ready based on business value, customer impact, risk, dependencies, and delivery constraints.
• Proxy Product Ownership: Act as Proxy Product Owner for day-to-day product and requirement decisions within delegated authority.
• Solution Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers/Owners, Architects, UI/UX designers, Developers, QA, and stakeholders during solution design and delivery. Identify requirement gaps, assumptions, dependencies, edge cases, and downstream impacts.
• Delivery Support: Provide timely functional clarification throughout development and testing, support defect triage, UAT, business acceptance, release readiness, and requirement change impact analysis.
• Collaboration experience with UI/UX design in requirement and story refinement.
