• 8-10 years of medical coding experience.
• 2-3 years of Team Lead experience managing 10 to 15+ coders.
• Strong experience in E&M Profee and Facility Coding.
• denials exposure preferred.
• CPC/CCS/CIC certification (AAPC/AHIMA) mandatory.
• Knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, and HIPAA guidelines.
