What the work involves

• Identify and acquire new HoReCa customers through market visits, prospecting, referrals, and networking
• Develop relationships with owners, purchase managers, chefs, Hospitals and beverage teams
• Conduct product presentations, arrange sampling, negotiate commercial terms, and convert enquiries into regular orders
• Achieve agreed monthly sales, customer acquisition, and collection targets
• Manage existing accounts, encourage repeat purchases, and identify opportunities to increase order volumes
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely deliveries and resolve customer concerns
• Track competitor activity, market pricing, customer feedback, and business opportunities
• Maintain accurate sales reports, customer records, and a healthy prospect pipeline

• S G Ventures is looking for a sales professional to grow our Tea coffee and FMCG business across hotels, restaurants, cafs, caterers, Hospitals and institutional customers in Bengaluru
• Experience in HoReCa, foodservice, FMCG, beverages, coffee, or tea sales
• Strong communication, negotiation, relationship management, and closing skills
• Knowledge of Bengalurus HoReCa market and willingness to travel locally
• Ability to work independently, manage collections, and deliver consistent results
• Kannada and English communication skills preferred
• Compensation Salary based on experience, plus performance incentives linked to an agreed sales matrix
• Employment Type: Full-time Working Days: Monday to Saturday
