What the work involves

• Design, deploy, configure, and manage Azure cloud infrastructure, including Virtual Machines, Virtual Networks, Storage Accounts, Azure App Services, and related services
• Manage Azure networking components such as VNets, subnets, Network Security Groups (NSGs), Azure Load Balancer, Application Gateway, VPN Gateway, and DNS
• Implement and maintain cloud security best practices, including Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Microsoft Entra ID, Managed Identities, Key Vault, and access policies
• Monitor cloud infrastructure performance, availability, and resource utilization using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and routine operational tasks using Azure CLI, PowerShell, Azure Automation, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or ARM/Bicep templates
• Support the implementation and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines in collaboration with DevOps teams using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions
• Manage backup, disaster recovery, business continuity, and high-availability configurations using appropriate Azure services
• Troubleshoot cloud infrastructure issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions to minimize service disruptions
• Optimize Azure resource utilization and cloud expenditure by implementing cost-monitoring, resource-tagging, and cost-optimization practices
• Maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, configuration records, and operational procedures

• We are looking for a skilled Azure Cloud Engineer with 3-5 years of experience in designing, implementing, managing, and optimizing Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure
• The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Azure services, cloud security, networking, monitoring, automation, and troubleshooting
• The candidate will work closely with development, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to ensure secure, scalable, reliable, and cost-effective cloud environments
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 3-6 years of hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure, with strong expertise in Microsoft Azure
• Good understanding of core Azure services, including Azure Virtual Machines, Virtual Networks, Storage Accounts, Azure App Services, and Azure Monitor
• Practical experience with Azure networking, identity and access management, security configurations, and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of scripting and automation using PowerShell, Azure CLI, or similar tools
