What the work involves

• Execute trade marketing plans, promotional campaigns, and market activation programs as per annual and monthly calendars
• Support implementation and tracking of trade schemes, retailer programs, and consumer promotions to ensure timely execution and effectiveness
• Ensure POSM deployment, branding, merchandising compliance, in-store visibility, and activation standards across assigned markets
• Coordinate with distributors, retailers, and sales teams to drive execution excellence and resolve market-level challenges
• Support distribution expansion, outlet coverage enhancement, and channel development initiatives in coordination with the sales team
• Monitor competitor activities, promotional schemes, pricing, visibility initiatives, and maintain competition tracking reports
• Prepare sales reports, visibility trackers, promotional analysis, market performance reports, and derive actionable insights from secondary sales data
• Support planning and execution of new product launches, ensuring visibility, activation readiness, and market rollout
• Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and third-party partners for timely execution of branding, activation, and promotional activities
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams while ensuring adherence to company processes and reporting standards
