• Experience using AI for photo editing, object removal, virtual furnishing, or virtual staging
• Experience with HeyGen or another AI presenter, avatar, voice, or video-generation tool
• The ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines
• The ability to receive feedback and revise work without becoming defensive
