What the work involves

• In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex engineering needs and powerful software solutions
• You will interact with design heads, R&D managers, and CXOs across manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, and industrial equipment industries, helping them optimize their product development lifecycles
• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and map potential B2B clients across engineering, manufacturing, and industrial sectors through cold calling, LinkedIn networking, and industry databases
• Client Engagement: Connect with key decision-makers (Design Managers, R&D Heads, CTOs) to understand their current product design, simulation, and data management challenges
• Product Presentation: Coordinate with our internal technical application engineers to arrange, schedule, and deliver high-impact software demonstrations (CAD modeling, FEA simulation workflows, or PLM data management)
• Pipeline Management: Manage the complete sales cyclefrom initial cold outreach and qualifying leads to preparing corporate commercial proposals and closing deals
• Account Growth: Maintain strong relationships with existing engineering clients to ensure software renewal rates, license compliance, and upsell opportunities
• Who We Are Looking For
• Education: B.E
• / B.Tech (Mechanical, Production, Automobile, Civil, or related engineering streams) is highly preferred
