What the work involves

• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in the accounting software/ERP.
• Handle purchase, sales, journal, payment and receipt entries.
• Prepare and maintain vendor bills, invoices and payment records.
• Perform bank reconciliation and vendor ledger reconciliation.
• Handle GST-related documentation work.
• Assist in TDS calculations, deductions and related documentation.
• Maintain accounts payable and receivable records.
• Verify invoices, supporting documents and payment requests.
• Coordinate with internal departments for bills, approvals and payments.
• Assist in monthly closing and preparation of MIS reports.

What they are looking for

• B. Com graduate.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Good knowledge of general accounting.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel.
• General Accounting Bank Reconciliation Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable Taxation Accounting Operations Accounting Functions Accounts Reconciliation Financial Operations General Ledger Accounting Finance and Accounts.
• Key skills: accounts.
• UG: B.Com in Any Specialization.
