• We are seeking a DevOps Engineer
• L1 to support day-to-day operations, application deployments, platform monitoring, incident triage, and service requests across enterprise application and middleware environments
• The role requires working with BuildPiper, GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, Red Hat OpenShift, Data Grid, Apache Kafka, JFrog Artifactory, HashiCorp Vault, IBM MQ, IBM Cognos, and ELK Stack
• CI/CD Pipeline Support
• Monitor and support CI/CD pipelines using BuildPiper, GitLab CI/CD, and Jenkins
• Perform initial troubleshooting of pipeline failures, including build errors, dependency issues, configuration errors, and deployment failures
• Monitor build and deployment jobs and validate successful execution
• Assist with Git operations, including repository access, branching, merge requests, and source code version control

• Rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays as per the support roster
• The candidate should have hands-on experience with Linux, CI/CD pipelines, container platforms, log analysis, and basic application troubleshooting
• The candidate will work closely with L2/L3 engineers, application development teams, middleware teams, and infrastructure teams to maintain platform availability and meet operational SLAs
