• We are looking for a technically inclined and proactive IT Support Executive to manage day-to-day IT support activities, resolve technical issues, and assist in maintaining the organization's IT infrastructure
• The candidate will be responsible for handling IT support tickets, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting ERP and HRMS applications, and exploring AI-based tools and technologies to improve business processes and operational efficiency
• and assist in the development, customization,testing, and implementation of ERP and HRMS modules
• Maintain basic knowledge of AI tools and explore their practical applications in IT support, reporting, documentation, and process automation
• Support AI-based solutions and tools that can improve internal workflows and employee productivity
• Monitor and maintain basic network connectivity, LAN, Wi-Fi, and internet services
• Maintain IT asset records, hardware inventory, software licenses, and system documentation
