• The Technical Solutions team at Redington helps customers and channel partners adopt and implement leading Cybersecurity solutions
• The team works closely with Business, Sales, OEMs, and partners across solution consulting, demonstrations, POCs, implementation, enablement, and post-sales support
• As a Cybersecurity Product Technical Specialist, you will provide technical support across the customer lifecycle, including solution consulting, product demonstrations, POCs, implementation, troubleshooting, and post-sales support
• You will work closely with Business, Sales, OEM, and Channel Partner teams to deliver the right cybersecurity solutions and ensure successful customer adoption

• We are looking for a technically skilled and customer-focused Cybersecurity Product Technical Specialist with hands-on experience in cybersecurity and exposure to Pre-Sales, Implementation, and/or Post-Sales activities
• The ideal candidate should have strong communication and presentation skills, good troubleshooting ability, and experience working with customers, partners, Sales teams, and OEMs
• Experience with CrowdStrike, Trend AI, F5, Palo Alto SASE, XSIAM, Axis, Trellix, OpenText, Fortinet or similar cybersecurity technologies is preferred
• and recommend suitable cybersecurity solutions
• Support Sales and Business teams in customer engagements
• Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, workshops, and POCs
• Support solution design, technical proposals, BOMs, and documentation
