What the work involves

• The company works with founders, private equity sponsors, family offices, and institutional investors across India and international markets
• Build and manage financial models, including integrated three-statement models, DCF valuations, and project finance models
• Prepare investor pitch decks, Information Memorandums (IMs), teasers, CIMs, and investment summaries
• Conduct financial analysis, company valuations, industry research, and due diligence
• Work on real estate transactions, growth-stage fundraising, institutional funds, and M&A mandates
• Develop investor presentations and communicate directly with clients and investors
• Conduct equity research, company analysis, earnings updates, and sector research
• Independently manage deal execution and deliver high-quality client-facing materials within deadlines

• 3–8 years of relevant experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Transaction Advisory, Equity Research, Corporate Finance, or Financial Modelling
• Strong hands-on experience in financial modelling and valuation
• Expertise in Excel-based financial modelling, DCF, comparable company analysis, and financial analysis
• Experience preparing pitch decks, IMs, and investor presentations
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
