• The Junior Accountant will be responsible for handling purchase and sales invoicing, maintaining accurate accounting records, and supporting day-to-day finance operations using Tally Prime, Zoho Books, and Busy software.
• Prepare and process purchase and sales invoices
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of billing and supporting documents
• Maintain entries and records in Tally Prime, Zoho Books, and Busy
• Maintain vendor and customer ledgers
• Assist in GST entries, reconciliations, and basic compliance support
• Perform bank reconciliation statements (BRS)
• Coordinate with internal teams for invoice-related queries
