What the work involves

• Attention to detail and accuracy in payroll-related activities
• Exposure to payroll reconciliations and audit support
• Role Summary: The incumbent will support India payroll operations by handling employee payroll queries, recovery follow-ups, payroll-related reporting, statutory validations, and payroll administration activities
• The role requires coordination with employees, stakeholders, and external teams to ensure timely resolution of payroll-related issues and accurate maintenance of payroll records and trackers
• Respond to and resolve employee payroll queries raised through ServiceNow (SN) tickets
• Handle bonus recovery activities and follow up with terminated employees for outstanding collections
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports such as Headcount (HC) reports, historical payroll files, invoice trackers, termination trackers, and other payroll-related reports
• Coordinate PAN-Aadhaar linkage verification activities with the Shared Services
• Maintain statutory payment trackers and support statutory compliance activities
• Validate payroll-related data and ensure accuracy of employee records

• Good knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF formulas, data validation, reporting)
• Experience handling employee payroll queries and payroll operations activities
• Strong analytical and data management skills
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in MIS reporting and maintaining operational trackers
• Knowledge of India Payroll Processing and payroll lifecycle
• Working knowledge of SAP HR/Payroll
• Experience with ServiceNow (SNOW) ticketing system
