• Support the end-to-end loan facilitation process and ensure accurate and timely completion.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and ensure smooth processing.
• Maintain a high level of customer service throughout the loan journey.
• Ensure accurate collection and handover of customer information to the designated Relationship Manager / Sales Manager.
• Follow up with customers and internal teams wherever required.
• Support the team in achieving business and customer-service objectives.
