What the work involves

• Deal Sourcing & Business Development: Identify and originate investment banking mandates, fundraising opportunities, and M&A deals
• Investor Relationships: Leverage existing relationships with Private Equity funds, VC firms, HNIs, family offices, institutional investors, and financial institutions
• Fundraising & Capital Raising: Lead and facilitate equity fundraising, debt syndication, private placements, and strategic investments
• M&A Advisory: Identify acquisition targets, strategic buyers, and sellers
• lead buy-side and sell-side M&A mandates
• Transaction Execution: Drive deals from initial discussions and valuation through due diligence, negotiations, transaction structuring, and closure
• Financial Advisory: Provide guidance on financial modelling, DCF, LBO, company valuation, and investment structuring
• Strategic Consulting: Advise promoters, management teams, and business owners on capital allocation, business expansion, and investment strategies
• Team Guidance: Mentor internal teams on deal sourcing, investor presentations, financial analysis, and transaction management
• Required Skills & Experience
