What the work involves

• Take ownership of the complete pre-production, production and post-production process.
• Coordinate with the Creative and Marketing teams and actively contribute to the development of content ideas, shoot concepts, storyboards, shot lists, camera movements, and production plans.
• Plan and execute high-quality photo and video shoots for social media, marketing campaigns, advertisements, tutorials, testimonials, events, and product showcases.
• Use a strong understanding of visual storytelling and branding to create content for digital platforms and social media.
• Ensure excellent framing, composition, lighting, camera settings, and audio quality across all shoots.
• Safely handle, manage, and maintain cameras, lighting, lenses, and other production equipment to ensure smooth shoot execution.
• Work with third-party vendors and communicate with them clearly and professionally.
• Organize and maintain well-tagged photo and video assets for easy access and future use.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling and branding.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating both photography and videography work is mandatory.

• Strong video-editing and post-production skills.
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, After Effects.
• Experience shooting D2C/e-commerce products and digital content.
• Experience creating Reels, Shorts, social media ads and website content.
