• Identify large problem statements and break it down into platform level component designs.
• Scope and phase product building meaningfully over and above standard use cases.
• Translate pod and product strategy into a crisp, annual roadmap and define measurable objectives of a suite of products.
• Drive annual and quarterly planning and execution cadences across pods.
• Be the thought leader for the product suite and evangelize goals and objectives. Drive alignment across stakeholders by effectively engaging them with data.
