What the work involves

• The primary objective of this role will be to drive business through Payment Aggregators
• This will include on-boarding of PAs and its sub-merchants and grow profitable GMV
• This role requires close co-ordination with various internal stakeholders (Internal & External) to design and implement processes in line with compliance guidelines

• Managing the entire Sales Life-cycle including Lead Generation, Prospecting, Pitching, Offering, Negotiating and Contract Closure in his/her assigned region/industry/Category Mapping potential PA s and scheduling meetings with them
• Effectively communicating with confidence with key stakeholders in the client organization (Partnership Head / Growth Head etc.) Persistent follow-up & rigorous lead monitoring to ensure GMV growth
• Facilitate sub-merchant acquiring and on-boarding Plan weekly meetings with PA s and track the GMV and profitability growth Strong Internal and external stake holder management Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role YOE
• 10 to 12 yrs Proven experience working with large/Enterprise organisations with their Finance/Tech/Operations teams Exposure to dealing with multiple Senior stakeholders in the client organization e.g
• CXOs Solid understanding of the end-to-end account management/sales- a process Outstanding verbal, written and presentation skills Ability to assess client
• Previous experience in Solution Selling is a bonus
• Graduation/Post Graduation or equivalent practical experience
