• Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent certifications like ACCA foundation / intermediate level)
• Experience: 2 to 8 years of experience in an accounting role
• prior experience in manufacturing or packaging sectors is a strong advantage
• Software Proficiency: Strong familiarity with accounting software or ERP platforms (such as Tally, or QuickBooks) and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), accounting journal entries, and double-entry bookkeeping
• Soft Skills: Excellent organization, strong numerical accuracy, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to meet structured monthly deadlines
